Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one 3000bet account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, device, or IP address, they will be flagged as duplicates, closed, and any associated bonuses and winnings will be voided.

KYC Verification

3000bet follows internationally recognized KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. You may be required to submit the following documents before making a withdrawal or after reaching a certain deposit threshold:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Account Security

Bet Validity

• 3000bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from an account error or technical fault.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• 3000bet is not liable for any bets missed due to internet disconnection during live betting.

Maximum Bet Limit

3000bet sets maximum bet limits for each event and market. These limits may vary based on account history, market conditions, and event type. For large winnings, 3000bet reserves the right to process payments in multiple installments.

3000bet bonuses and promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement — meaning you must place a set number of bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you need to complete BDT 30,000 worth of bets.

Bonus Terms

• Every bonus offer has an expiry date — bonuses not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned through betting are eligible for withdrawal.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• 3000bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• Free bets are typically valid for 7 days and will be automatically cancelled if not used within that time.

• Failed deposits will be refunded within 2–4 hours

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500

• Registration with false information
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse or System Manipulation
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Suspected money laundering or fraud
• Being a minor or misrepresenting your age
• Coordinated betting activity against 3000bet
